My son had been struggling with a persistent cough for months, and we had tried countless remedies with little success. I had an absolutely magical time at Salt Haven. I’ve never experienced red light or salt therapy before, so it was amazing that the owners walked me through everything with full detail. I was given a robe and took full advantage of the low heat salt sauna, red light therapy and salt room. It’s also completely safe for children and actually recommended for treating eczema, psoriasis and respiratory illness. The owners let me know that children are welcome and I will definitely be back!!

Jeremy (the owner) took time to explain everything in detail and even stayed open late to accommodate our drop-in appointment. The session included soothing music and aroma therapy as well. Highly recommend for anyone interested in elevating their health or if you're just looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate.

We had a great time in the Halogenerator. The man who greeted us was super nice and informative. We got a tour of the whole place. And then settled in. I do wish they would have given us about 5-7 extra min on the timer to get ready to go in. Next time, I will ask for that as I feel they will accommodate. We left breathing easy and smelling great. Like the ocean. After about 10 min, you will start to taste the salt crystals from your lips. I recommend removing as many clothes as you're comfortable with (keeping on under garmets) so that your skin gets the effects, too. I also recommend wearing your hair down for a salted beachy look after. The closest Salt Cave/ Cabin to Eugene by about an hr.

The full body red light and infrared sauna definitely kicked my biohacking obsession into gear and the Halotherpay salt room was so plush and blissful. I could spend a very long time in there. So happy to have it here- especially in the PNW rainy season!

I've had knee surgery and on a daily basis I have stiffness in my knee and am unable to keep it bent for more than 15 minutes without pain, even more so in the cold weather. The high heat sauna and red light therapy were AMAZING for my knee. I felt immediate relief and have continued to have less knee pain since my treatment a week ago. Took a two hour bus ride and didn't have to straighten my leg once to relieve knee pain. Would highly recommend this experience.

Floor to ceiling toxic stachybotrys mold in the walls, asbestos, sewer and water line intrusion, lead, a natural gas leak and more has affected our health severely. The space is so clean and comfortable The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful! I was even told I could bring my 3yo son in my session with me which is helpful as a work from home mom. Can't beat the price either! Def recommend!

I recommend removing as many clothes as you're comfortable with (keeping on under garmets) so that your skin gets the effects, too. I also recommend wearing your hair down for a salted beachy look after. The closest Salt Cave/ Cabin to Eugene by about an hr.

I recently called around looking for an infrared sauna (as mine is in storage due to our current move to OR :( Jeremy took my call and educated me about the services available @ Salt Haven. I knew from the get-go that these owners knew their products well and genuinely cared about people's wellbeing. My sauna-time @ Salt Haven has been amazing... it's got great parking, well cared for amenities, a tasteful, classy ambiance and awesome equipment. And Jeremy provides a touch of hospitality that is so welcome in this day of sub-par customer service. Go to Salt Haven and let your mind unwind and your soul find it's resting speed!!

I simply cannot recommend Salt Haven enough. Not only for the health benefits and beautiful and calming environment, but for how lovely they are! No kinder humans around. I LOVE the Halo salt therapy with infared sauna. I’m making Salt Haven a regular part of my routine and will be looking to them at holidays for gift cards for everyone!

Salt Haven is a gift! The owners are so kind and thoughtful, and it shows in what they offer and the space they have created. I’m grateful to have a place dedicated to helping me feel better so close by. I tried everything they offer like a kid in a candy store, and I honestly can’t pick a favorite. They all contribute to how good I feel in a unique way. The full body red light and infrared sauna definitely kicked my biohacking obsession into gear and the Halotherpay salt room was so plush and blissful. I could spend a very long time in there. So happy to have it here- especially in the PNW rainy season!

I absolutely love everything about this place! I love the combination of the salt therapy and infrared heat. The 40 minute session is perfect and you can adjust the temperature. This really helped with my sinus issues! The spa music and essential oils make it so relaxing as well. The owners are really genuine and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Love the infrared sauna and salt therapy. So relaxing, good for my health and has really helped me feel my best. Worth the time especially if you are feeling depleted, spread thin and tired. Lots of session availability, very clean environment and the owners are very nice and informative. After 3 sessions you will for sure want the membership package.

I've had knee surgery and on a daily basis I have stiffness in my knee and am unable to keep it bent for more than 15 minutes without pain, even more so in the cold weather. The high heat sauna and red light therapy were AMAZING for my knee. I felt immediate relief and have continued to have less knee pain since my treatment a week ago. Took a two hour bus ride and didn't have to straighten my leg once to relieve knee pain. Would highly recommend this experience.

I just completed my first 40 minute session and it was the BEST way to end my work week. I’ve been struggling with sinus pressure, post-Covid symptoms and stress. I am so thankful I found this place. My children and I were living in a toxic rental, we didn't know. Floor to ceiling toxic stachybotrys mold in the walls, asbestos, sewer and water line intrusion, lead, a natural gas leak and more has affected our health severely. The high heat is so relaxing. You get to choose your light settings and music if you'd like ..or no music! It's completely customizable. The space is so clean and comfortable The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful! I was even told I could bring my 3yo son in my session with me which is helpful as a work from home mom. Can't beat the price either! Def recommend!
